Me – An EFT practitioner!?!

Becoming an EFT practitioner was not in my plans.

I had never before considered going into the healing arts or self-help fields. But one day, I woke up and that’s what I decided to do.

It was time.

After almost two decades of my own healing journey, after so many years of wanting to help others move through their pain, my heart said to do this.  And unlike other times when I thought I knew what I wanted to do, I jumped right in and actually followed through.

I’m so glad I did. It is exactly what I should be doing right now. And it came to me pretty quickly that I want to work with moms.

Being a mom was really hard for me. I had never planned on or dreamed about being a mom before I actually had a baby. When my kids were little, I had so many wounds and self-loathing that, frankly, I wasn’t that great of a parent. I think about how their lives would have been different if I had been more aware, less wounded, better able to give them what they needed rather than always acting out of my own needs.

I know that other moms are more conscious parents than I was. And I also know that raising children is frustrating and overwhelming at times, no matter how great the kids or how great the parent.  Tapping is a wonderful tool for so many of the challenges of raising children. Examples of how moms may like or need support include:

  • They don’t set good boundaries.
  • They lose their temper more than they want.
  • Their child is going through a difficulty and they don’t know what to do and they feel guilty, resentful or sad
  • They feel overwhelmed or like they never do enough.
  • They feel mismatched with their child – they never say or do the right things.
  • And so many more…

If you’re a mom needing support, you can schedule a 20-minute free consultation with me or go straight to the matter and schedule a 90-minute session.  Schedule an appointment

I know that as I help moms, I also help their children, and ultimately the world in becoming kinder, more harmonious, and more connected.
